Graduation Trip, Day 5 - Ko Phi Phi

OKIE. Last day started off early again, trying our best to ignore hangovers and lack of sleep! We were on the speedboat this time around touring one of the most beautiful island - Phi Phi. Aiks, sadly I can't really remember the name of the islands that we went hopping though.... please forgive my short term memory.

#1 - Looking from the back of our speedboat

#2 - Messy hair!

It was quite a long journey to our first stop of the tour. One of my favorite, Khai Island!! The sand on the beach here is white and soft and really i can say the view is breathtaking. Definitely a place for you to relax (provided if you are willing to pay for the chairs and umbrella) or snorkeling. You can just walk into the shallow sea and fishes are swarming around you! Ahhh... unless you are terrified of fishes, your face would turn slightly green. Haha!

#3 - Hello Khai Island

#4 - All gear up for snorkel!

#5 - Motion pic take-one

#6 - Motion pic take-two

After enjoying ourself there for about an hour plus, time to move to the next destination! Ao Ling (Monkey Bay) on Koh Phi Phi Don. Here, you get to see the habitats of monkeys! Most of the tourists are excited to see the brown fury creatures but definitely not us. We already experienced the life of staying together with monkeys during our study days at our university....

#7 - Spot the monkeys

#8 - Groupshot @ Monkey Bay

We do pass by the old housing of the Vikings. Not quite sure if they still live in the caves since now people climb in the caves to collect bird nests. The speedboat then stopped us at Pi-Leh Bay, a place where the water is crystal clear like swimming pool.... endless pool. It's quiet and this is when you really appreciate mother nature! Gosh. Some of us decided to jump of from the boat and have a good swim around without wasting any precious moments there.

#9 - Pi-Leh Bay

#10 - Having fun at the "swimming pool"

It was just a quick stop and off we go to Hin Klang for a real snorkeling session! Hahaha... here you can feel the fishes brushing against you when you snorkel. And we were given bread crumbs to feed the fishes! But do before of them. They bite. @-@

#11 - Groupshot

#12 - The amount of fishes

The final stop is non other than the stunningly beautiful Maya Bay. This place has become one of the main tourist attraction in Phi Phi because of the movie, The Beach. Acted by Leonardo DiCaprio. We took a stroll along the jungle track and then reached to a stairs where you climb up for a better Maya Bay view! One thing about it, you need to walk on small sharp stones at certain areas before reaching so its kinda painful but then again, no pain no gain!

#13 - I love Maya Bay!

#14 - Start

#15 - End

#16 - Maya Bay from the top

#17 - Groupshot on the top of the mountain!

#18 - Love. Beaches.

#19 - Planking @ Maya Bay

#20 - Last groupshot!

After that, we just spent our evening along the beach before bidding goodbye to Ko Phi Phi. How i've missed everything there right now! I'm sure we will be back there again!

#21 - Sad faces at Phuket International Airport

OKIE. This pretty sums up my entire graduation trip! Another trip coming up! I'm going to Sibu, Sarawak this weekend. Visiting Rachel's home.... Can't wait!

Xoxo.
