Just a weekend getaway from the hectic city.... A 3D2N trip to this duty-free island in our country. Been to Langkawi so many times and thankfully each trip gave me different sort of adventures and memories. Lol!
*post got stuck for 2 days without any progress*
Since not able to sleep, maybe a little continuation while i "whatsapp-ing" with my Best-est friend in US. I have no idea why is she being so happy right now..... still waiting for her to reply me. Jessica, where are u? Right, out of topic. Sorry~
Took AirAsia again because we cant deny.... it is way more affordable compare to other airlines. =) Off we go, awaits our plane at LCCT.
It was a short flight, less than an hour.... we arrived at our destination! Rented a Toyota Vios to bring us around the island and off we go, heading to our hotel - City Bayview.
After check-in, its time to cure our hungry tummy. Just right at the Kuah town, we picked the nearest chinese restaurant.
Langkawi Sunrise Restaurant : Walking distance to most duty-free shops in the town! We ordered dishes which turns out to be just OK but the price is slightly expensive. Especially vegetables. Recommendation would be the salad prawn! And nothing nice about their ice-lemon tea. So dun try if you were asked. =p
Pekan Kuah : Heaven for duty-free goods! OMG! In just a short time, each of us bought liquors, beers, wine, chocolates etc cost a few hundreds. Damn the tax! So bloody expensive when u buy in clubs or shops else where. No more buying alcohols other than from duty-free area. Hmmph!

Haahaha... I admit i suck at time managing. This post is seriously taking forever omg!! Let's keep our finger crossed this time. Finish this task ShinYeen before going to cinema later in the evening.
Shall continue with my day1 at Langkawi. Dinner time!
Champor-Champor : Picked this place for our dinner after doing some research online of course. And i'm gonna say this place is highly recommended. Instead of dining at common setting restaurant, give this garden bar and restaurant a try! Although some unwanted company will disturb u. I'm saying Mr. Mosquito. Not those *cough cough* The green curry chicken is a MUST to order. Other selections are dishes like duck and fish. I dun remember what are the names..... LOL! So stroll along Pantai Cenang and check this out peeps!
Thai Spa : As u walk along Pantai Cenang, u can't help but to notice there are plenty of spa center. All of us... oh wait, exclude me. All the 3 of them decided to have their body muscles relaxed. Aiks. Screaming comes along the package for sure! Hahaha....
Back to hotel, DRINKING : Had a couples of beers to start of the night and then comes the wonderful deal. One bottle of Jack Daniels and one bottle of Merlot. Yes, no doubt in few hours time we finished everything and next thing we know is throwing up and hangover till the max in the morning. Haha... Langkawi Spirit my friend calls it. I will definitely think twice about mixing different type of alcohols... but when the mood comes.... screw logical thinking! XD
Second part of the trip on the next post alright dears? Need to sort some pictures out first. Hehe!
